Fix $this not in object context

Dans le fichier /tpl/b4d_manual_reconciliation_unpaid_element.tpl.php line 149 il y a un $this-> qui traine ...

J'aurais bien voulu faire une PR mais je ne peux pas forker le projet ni créer de branche donc je passe par ici, le fix est trivial :)
